FusiA Impression3D métal Inc. (FusiA) est une PME québécoise établie à Saint-Eustache (30 minutes de Montréal). Spécialisée dans l’impression 3D de pièces métalliques, nous avons plus de dix années d’expertise dans le procédé de fusion laser sur lit de poudre. Nous sommes certifiés ISO 9001, AS9100 et inscrit au Programme de Marchandises Contrôlées.

SERVICES ET MOYENS

Notre processus complet couvre toutes les étapes nécessaires pour garantir la qualité et la performance des pièces fabriquées :
Conception : aide/formation à la conception pour la fabrication additive.
Impression 3D : réalisation des pièces métalliques grâce à 2 imprimantes EOS M290 offrant une capacité d’impression de 250 × 250 × 300 mm (10 × 10 × 12 po).
Usinage : CNC 5-axes et 3-axes, tour CNC, milling, tours conventionnels...
Post-traitements : traitements thermiques, microbillage, tribofinition...
Contrôles : inspection dimensionnelle selon dessin, probing, scanning.

MATÉRIAUX

Notre expertise couvre une large gamme de matériaux métalliques, incluant :
Alliages d’aluminium (AlSi7Mg0,6, AlSi10Mg)
Alliages de titane (Ti-6Al-4V grades 5 et 23)
Aciers inoxydables (316L, 15-5PH, 17-4PH, MS1)
Superalliages de nickel (Inconel 718, 625, HX)
À cela s’ajoutent d’autres nuances en cours de développement, permettant de répondre aux besoins les plus exigeants en fabrication additive métallique.

INTÉRÊT DE LA TECHNOLOGIE

Notre procédé de fabrication additive métallique nous permet de concevoir et de produire des pièces sur mesure répondant à des exigences techniques spécifiques, comme par exemple :
Prototypage rapide de plusieurs variantes d’une même pièce, permettant aux clients de les tester et d’identifier la conception optimale pour la production.
Allègement des structures, grâce à des géométries optimisées.
Liberté de conception, en s’affranchissant des contraintes liées aux procédés traditionnels (usinage, moulage, etc.).
Fonctionnalisation avancée, en combinant plusieurs fonctions dans une seule pièce, ce qui serait complexe et coûteux avec les méthodes conventionnelles.
Fabrication de pièces complexes, incluant des sections creuses et des variations importantes d’épaisseur de paroi (jusqu’à 1 mm, voire moins selon les cas).
