Alumistar Inc.

Alumistar Inc. is a locally owned and operated aluminum foundry located in Santa Fe Springs, California.

Aluminum castings are made using four methods: permanent mold, permanent tilt mold, dry sand (no-bake) mold, and green sand mold. Castings made are used in commercial, sports, automotive, marine, government, aerospace, defense, and other applications. High-quality aluminum alloy is purchased in ingot form, melted, and then cast so that each component is produced to customer specifications. We offer you our foundry_x0092_s experienced and knowledgeable workforce to provide you with high quality cast aluminum components for your products.

Pacific Cast Products has a full quality system in place. We are audited on a regular basis by our current customers that demand adherence to the AS9102 aerospace standard.

Aluminum is used in many applications because of its corrosion resistance, light weight, strength, and reasonable cost. If your project can benefit from an aluminum casting, please contact More... us. We will be happy to provide input into your project and quote the supply of tooling and castings.
