Dalton Consulting Group, Inc.

Dalton Consulting Group is an experienced professional organization that manufactures plastic and metal component and fully assembled parts for customers around the world. We are NOT a broker company. We manage and operate our own network of plants both domestically and internationally. We share the financial risk of all of our customer transactions by fully processing orders, invoicing, cash management and vendor payments.

We pride ourselves in rapid response and maximum availability around the clock in whatever time zone. Our plants are tuned to our expectations for that kind of responsiveness and quality. We turn project quotations around faster than just about anyone and manage communications with our plants for optimum response to customer needs.

We have found that we can routinely beat competitors on most tool manufacturing and part production programs. The reason has to do with our extremely lean overhead structure. We are a nimble and experienced team that has decided to do business More... in a very virtual manner. This translates to savings for customers that does not sacrifice quality and responsiveness. Our network, that is 25 years in the making, is comprised of outstanding partners that deliver on our promises.

Take advantage of our free quotation services to check your existing programs or to quantify your budgets for new products. We will let you know how we can help and add value to your program or process.

**Get the budget you deserve * Make a better part * Win the respect of your team**

As an engineer or project manager inside a company, we realize you are often frustrated because the people making the decisions (and spending the money) do not always understand or appreciate the nuances of what you do. We help you show them how to make an informed decision when selecting a partner to produce your custom molds and tools for close tolerance parts. This way, you get the resources you need to make a quality part that is on time and on budget, and you gain trust and recognition for leading the way.

With more than 100 years of combined experience in tooling and plastics, we have delivered thousands of successful projects across a wide variety of industries, from automotive to energy.

Are you a F.I.T.?

Over the last 44 years, we have learned that we are not the right fit for every task, and every potential project is not always a great fit for us. So, we developed the FTM F.I.T. - a process that More... helps us to know when we can offer the most value.

To provide the best service to our customers, we specialize in the design, engineering and production of the precision fabrication of injection molded products and tooling. We provide these services for customers in a wide range of industries.
