Dover High Performance Plastics

At Dover High Performance Plastics, we consider how we deliver equally as important as what we deliver. Using sophisticated, high-tech equipment, and experienced, dedicated engineering and fabrication professionals, we consistently produce the highest-quality plastic components found anywhere in the industry. But what truly separates us from the crowd is service.

Quality must be built in, not inspected out. Using complete gauging and measurement equipment, every product we make is fabricated to strict multiple level quality standards including statistical process control. Bar coding and custom packaging help ensure quality levels are maintained right on through delivery. We produce prototypes and production runs with the same attention to detail.

We also have the ability to test and certify our products to meet both our customers' specifications, and a wide range of industry standards including MIL, ASTM and AMS specifications. Our ultimate goal is zero non-conformance through total quality More... management. Industry's needs are changing faster than ever before, as designers and manufacturers reinvent the way things get built. To keep pace with the dynamics of these changes, suppliers need to be accurate, fast and flexible.

At DHPP we have a wide array of delivery capabilities. We offer multiple release and just-in time programs, and we have the ability to deliver on blanket orders and annual contracts. Our technical assistance -- including engineering design recommendations, materials selection assistance, testing, prototyping, and more -- can help you produce better quality products and still be sensitive to your budget considerations. And we're fast. We can consistently establish and meet tight deadlines for prototypes as well as short or long production runs. Delivering quality parts on time and within budget is what DHPP is all about.
