Hogge Precision Parts Co., Inc.

Founded in 1989, Hogge Precision began as a traditional screw machine job shop. The company transitioned from manual screw machining to CNC many years ago and has continued to foster advanced automated machining capabilities. Today, we operate from a 42,000-square-foot manufacturing facility equipped with a full portfolio of advanced 7 and 8 Axis CNC turning centers, horizontal and vertical machining centers, Swiss-style CNC screw machines, and multi-spindle screw machines.

Common materials we work with are stainless steel, carbon and alloy steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, lead-free brass, and machinable plastics. Additional services such as private labeling, laser marking, centerless grinding, inventory management, and stocking programs are available.

We serve the aerospace, defense, automotive, construction, medical, plumbing, power transmission, and switching, pressure management, and valve component industries utilizing the following equipment:

8 Swiss-style CNC screw machines More... have bar feeders that can accommodate stock up to 1-1/4 inches in diameter and up to 12 feet long.

24 CNC turning centers with up to 3-inch bar capacity, most of which are equipped with automatic bar loaders or robotic loaders to ensure cost-effective processing.

4 vertical and horizontal machining centers, with up to 15,000 RPM spindles, offer speed and versatility in producing a broad range of parts and lot sizes.

Full Quality Lab with Optical Comparators, CMM, Vision inspection systems, and a host of functional gages.

Micro-Tronics, Inc.

We leverage our broad range of in-house capabilities including elastomer molding, CNC machining, EDM, assembly, as well as a broad vendor base to provide integrated solutions for our aerospace, industrial, and medical customers.

Founded in 1968, we are made up of manufacturing experts in elastomer molding, electrical discharge machining, CNC turning and milling, engineering, and tooling. MTI manufactures and assembles its products in the U.S. from its headquarters in Tempe, AZ, to offer the highest standards of supply chain and manufacturing security.

Micro-Tronics is trusted by leading enterprises across a wide range of industry sectors and is a privately held, family-owned business that proudly strives to be the precision manufacturer of choice for customers, employees, suppliers, and the communities in which it serves.

Custom Tube & Manufacturing Inc.

All tubing production starts on manual tube drawing machines, which translates into the highest-quality tubing. Cold forming is the only method of tube drawing we use, which yields the best grain structure and tightest tolerances as well as the ability to produce cold strengthened tubing.

With the ability to do metal forming in conjunction with machining, we can manufacture more complex parts than standard machine shops. We make very specialized parts for gas purification, heat exchangers, semiconductors, electronic, medical, precision optics, military and aerospace components. Long-run production jobs for hard to find shaped tubular type parts has become a mainstay for our machining department.
