About Brinkman Precision, Inc.

At Brinkman Precision, parts production takes place on new state-of-the-art equipment. Brinkman Precision maintains five core competencies; these include turning, grinding, vertical machining, in-house heat treating and electrical discharge machining (EDM). Our expertise is dealing with challenging materials such as L605, Hast-X, inconel, monel and stainless. Brinkman Precision and affiliates can turn products with a length to diameter ratio of over 30:1 and with overall lengths up to forty inches. Our grinding expertise includes crush grinding, surface grinding, match grinding, outside diameter grinding and inside diameter grinding to tolerances within 10 millionths of an inch. Our vertical machining capabilities are superb as we have a great deal of experience with complicated fixtures and highly restrictive tolerances. Brinkman Precision_x0092_s heat treating capabilities are conducted with two vacuum, aerospace certified furnaces capable of brazing and other More... heat-treating programs. Brinkman Precision also maintains a robust assortment of EDM wire, hole-sinking and popper style machines to complement the primary turning, grinding and vertical machining activities. Quality is also a commitment and the responsibility of every employee at Brinkman Precision. We strive to continuously improve the product and service we provide. Our commitment to Quality is the key to our success and our future.

Brinkman Precision_x0092_s sole objective is one of providing its customers with end-to-end solutions. We focus on those areas that not all suppliers are able to pull together under one organization.
