Accelerated Concepts Llc

Nexa3D

We are a bunch of passionate additive manufacturing practitioners that are committed to digitizing the world's supply chain sustainably.

We make the world's fastest polymer 3D printers affordable for professionals and businesses of all sizes. Our groundbreaking technology is shattering traditional 3D printing productivity barriers and opening the aperture of additive materials.

Our printers take current additive manufacturing speeds from 'dialup internet' to 'broadband' printing and are capable of continuously printing at speeds of up to 8 litters per hour. This represents some 20X productivity gains over all current state additive products and is comparable only to injection molding economics without existing supply chain complexities, extended lead-times and the substantial costs typically associated with tooled plastics.

We pioneered from the ground up two new print engines that are designed for high speed production applications; lubricant sublayer photo-curing (LSPc) for photoplastics More... print engine and quantum laser sintering (QLS) print engine for thermoplastics.

Beyond our game-changing hardware innovations, we are coding the interplay between chemistry, process and speed at scale. Our digital twin printing (DTP) software unlocks new material properties and assures process stability, higher yields and performance.

To democratize access to production polymers, we formed partnerships with world-class material suppliers including Henkel, BASF, DSM and Evonik. Together we are unlocking the full potential of performance polymers that are addressing a broader range of industrial and medical prototyping and production use cases.

We are deeply committed to sustainability. We apply circular economy principles in every phase of our design and delivery process by rigorously measuring and improving on what matters; minimizing process waste, reducing energy consumption per part and working with our customers to reduce their overall carbon footprint.

Quick Draw & Machining Inc.

We are here to help make your product concepts a reality!

Quick Draw is an engineer-to-order manufacturing shop that specializes in deep drawn parts from sheet metal. On many projects we are able to save manufacturing time and money for our customers due to effective planning and engineering. Products that are machined from solid stock use more raw materials and generally take longer to produce versus deep drawing from sheet or coil.

Our project management approach to manufacturing helps meet deadlines and budgets without changing scope. We have increased our production capabilities through effective quality management, capacity management and production management to better serve our customers.

The goal of our company has always been and continues to be the production of perfect parts built to our customer_x0092_s specifications. We have over 50 years of experience in metal working and take pride in accomplishing difficult projects on time and to our customer_x0092_s satisfaction. Our expertise More... continues to grow and allows us to work with various types of metal, from common stainless steel to more exotics and copper alloys. Our capabilities range from small parts (less than .025_x0094_) up to 24_x0094_.

No matter what the application or industry, we will produce exactly what you are looking for in your product. Contact us today to speak with our sales or quality department and see for yourself what we have to offer your company and why Quick Draw should be your first choice.
