DFF Corporation

In 1969, DFF began servicing our customers with low volume prototype components. Prototype orders led to production orders and eventually to fully-tested electro-mechanical assemblies.

Today, DFF has grown into a contract manufacturer specializing in medium to high volume production of precision machined components and electro-mechanical assembly products. In addition, DFF offers engineering design assistance such as (DFM), design for manufacturing, (DFA), design for assembly and GD&T enhancements.

At DFF we believe that responsiveness to our customer needs will continue to separate us from our competition.

High Tech Turning Co., Inc.

ISO 13485:2016 Certified. ISO 9001:2015 certified.

High Tech Turning Co. is a precision manufacturer of Medical, Electronic and Instrument Components. For over 30 years we have taken components from pre-production prototyping through high volume production. We take responsibility for all processing including: micro deburring, centerless grinding, plating, heat treating, laser marking and finishing. Experienced machining using titanium, stainless steel, tool steel, brass, copper, aluminum, kovar, nickel and all plastics.

Bomas Machine Specialties, Inc.

Since 1959, Bomas has provided advanced ceramics machining and composite material machining for wear applications in all types of industries. Bomas is well known worldwide for our precision, our quality control checks and our integrity. Bomas is even credited with being pioneers in the use of diamond tooling and innovators of conformal grinding and machining.

We are well-known for our MOR bars. When you've machined over 1 million MOR Bars, you've been doing it a long time. And Bomas is synonymous with precision MOR bars. Our diamond grinding wheel and process equal consistent precision from one piece to another.

Now, when it comes to measuring fracture toughness of ceramics, we are quite skilled in chevron notching of test specimens. We use an optical comparator to measure the intricate grooves or chevron notches in the ceramic material bars. Our procedures of machining adhere to ASTM C 1421 standards.

We understand that every job has its own characteristics and needs. Therefore, we conform More... our machining methods to your materials and needs. We are leaders in conformal grinding and machining. In order to produce your project specimens, we utilize our skills in diamond core drilling, centerless grinding, diamond grinding, OD machining and ID machining.

Digital photography is available at all stages of processing for instant quality control checks with you, and it is an ideal troubleshooting mechanism to review specific areas of concern. We also use state-of-the-art compound metallurgical microscopes for greater visual and measurement accuracy.

Every aspect of your project is either performed by Joe or Mark Annese or directly supervised by them. That's unusual in this industry, but at Bomas that's the way it's been since 1959. When you communicate with Bomas, you talk to one of us, and we are accountable in every step of the process. Everything is done to your standards and requirements.

The volume of repeat business Bomas has received over the decades is a testimony to the precision of our work and the integrity of our service. And when you consider the speed at which we work to guarantee delivery, you will find our prices as competitive as any in the United States.
