With business thriving, Ron and Becky Sinclair opened Sinclair and Sons, Inc. in late 1997. In October 1999, Ron C. Sinclair, their son, came to work for the family business. Making it a true family business, in May 2000, Tina Sinclair-Blazer came to work and run their office. Since then, Sinclair and Sons has prospered. They currently have over 25 employees.
