MANNARINO Scalian Group specializes in safety‑critical systems engineering and enables end‑to‑end support for certification-driven development in regulated industries.

A key differentiator is its integrated engineering capability, spanning systems engineering, software (DO‑178C), and airborne electronic hardware (DO‑254), allowing it to manage the full lifecycle—from design through verification and validation—within a single organization.

The company also stands out through its Design Approval Organization (DAO) authorization from Transport Canada, enabling it to directly approve airborne software and hardware artifacts. This provides customers with a streamlined certification pathway and reduces reliance on external approval authorities.
Another unique value is its focus on first-time certification support, helping organizations adopt compliant processes and achieve certification efficiently, including organizational transformation and regulatory alignment.

MANNARINO further distinguishes itself with its proprietary M‑RTOS, an ARINC 653-compliant, DAL A certifiable real-time operating system designed specifically for aerospace applications, offering deterministic behavior and alignment with certification standards for both single-core and multi-core processors. Complimentary products include a certifiable network stack and file system.

The company delivers a combination of technical depth, certification authority, and tailored solutions, with value for organizations developing high-integrity, safety-critical systems in aerospace and related industries.
